I live on the pension for Ostap. Banker Onistrat explained how he distributes funds.


Businessman and banker Andriy Onistrat reported that his main source of income is the pension he receives for his deceased son, Ostap. The pension amounts to 150 thousand hryvnias per month, and he also receives a salary of 30 thousand hryvnias. Andriy Onistrat's total monthly budget is 180 thousand hryvnias. Additionally, he receives bonuses for military actions, which he does not account for. Valentyna Kamayko, Andriy Onistrat's wife, receives 80 thousand hryvnias, and the rest of the money he spends on school, paying off previous debts, food, refueling for the car, and current expenses. Moreover, Andriy Onistrat supports his son by spending money on his training, pocket money, gifts, and other needs. He also supports his parents.
Physically, I currently live on the pension I receive for Ostap. - said Andriy Onistrat. - The pension is 150 thousand hryvnias per month, plus a salary of 30 thousand. My monthly budget amounts to 180 thousand hryvnias. Additionally, I receive bonuses for military actions, which I do not account for. When spending money, I consult with Valentyna [Valentyna Kamayko, Andriy Onistrat's wife]. She receives 80 thousand hryvnias, and the rest of the funds I spend on school, paying off previous debts. I spend money on food, refueling for the car, and current expenses. My son calls and asks to pay for food; I have obligations to him, so I pay for his training. I also give pocket money, bring gifts, and cover most of the expenses for the children, as well as help my parents.
Ostap Onistrat was an operator of military drones in the strike group. He was killed near Vugledar, Donetsk region, in June 2023. Ostap was Andriy Onistrat's son from his first marriage to athlete Hanna Zaporizhanova.
Currently, Andriy Onistrat's wife is TV presenter Valentyna Kamayko. The couple is raising four children - Solomiya, Mykhailo, Myroslava, and Andriy. Additionally, the businessman has a granddaughter who was born in April 2022, her mother is Onistrat's eldest daughter, Viktoriya.
After the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in August 2022, Andriy Onistrat joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as the commander of the strike drone company 'Shershni Dovbusha' of the 68th separate Jäger Brigade.
