Author of the phrase about the Russian military ship: In general, I am a non-offensive person.

Ukrainian marine Roman Hrybov stated that he does not use profanity. He noted that many parents of schoolchildren condemn him for using profanity, but he himself does not use it often. After the war, Hrybov will call on Ukrainians to forget about this phrase and not to use profanity anymore.
The marine also talked about his plans for peaceful life. He plans to open a veterans' hub in Cherkasy that will provide support to veterans in the form of social escort, psychological support, and assistance in employment. In addition, Hrybov intends to create a rehabilitation center.
The veteran explained that many soldiers return to civilian life with injuries and PTSD, and the state will find it hard to cope with such a flow of veterans who will need help. Therefore, Hrybov plans to provide support to veterans. Moreover, he is also studying at the law faculty to obtain a higher education and take a position as an officer.
Hrybov noted that he does not want to depend on politicians and local authorities regarding the veterans' hub. He may conclude a memorandum with the Americans but does not wish to be involved in political movements in the country.
The phrase that became legendary
On February 24, 2022, Russian military ships approached Snake Island, where Ukrainian soldiers were located. Ukrainian border guards and marines proclaimed the phrase: 'Russian ship, go f*ck yourself!'. In response, Russian forces launched a massive rocket and artillery strike.
Subsequently, it was revealed that the marines became prisoners. However, Hrybov, who uttered this phrase, was freed and returned home.
