When will the mobilization end: Ukrainians received an unexpected answer.

Expectations in society have begun to arise regarding the end of mobilization after the end of the war or the cancellation of martial law. However, experts and representatives of the authorities warn against such thinking.
The termination of martial law will not automatically mean the release of the mobilized, - said people's deputy Fedir Venislavskyi. A similar opinion is shared by military law expert Larysa Kis.
According to Larysa Kis,
demobilization is regulated by Ukrainian legislation and can only begin after a relevant decree from the President. This means that even if hostilities cease, servicemen will continue to serve until an official decision on demobilization is made.
Conditions for demobilization and the process of its implementation
Currently, discharge from military service during martial law is possible only under certain conditions. These conditions include reaching the maximum age, deterioration of health, a court sentence, specified family circumstances, release from captivity on the condition of refusal to serve further, and others.
Each demobilization must have documentary confirmation in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. According to experts, the demobilization process will be gradual, taking into account the needs for restoring peacetime staffing and restructuring the Armed Forces. Some servicemen will remain on duty for a long Time, especially those in important positions or involved in key operations.
Even after achieving peace agreements, Ukraine will have to go through a transitional period to adapt defense forces to new conditions.
After the end of the war and the cancellation of martial law in Ukraine, expectations regarding the end of mobilization are beginning to arise in society. However, experts emphasize that the demobilization of servicemen will not occur automatically and is regulated by the country's legislation, requiring official decrees from the President. The demobilization process is planned to be gradual, taking into account the needs for staffing and restructuring the Armed Forces, so some servicemen may continue to serve in key positions for a long time.Read also
