According to OBOZ.UA, in January 2025, the highest salaries in Ukraine were earned by media buyers - an average of 67,500 UAH. Salaries were also high for international drivers - 55,000 UAH and endodontists - 51,900 UAH.

According to analysts, this salary growth is a result of the increasing demand for specialists, business expansion, and economic recovery.

There has also been an increase in salaries in several professions. Top management and senior executives received 47,500 UAH, beauty, fitness, and sports - 25,000 UAH, the insurance industry - 26,000 UAH, construction and architecture - 28,500 UAH, the hotel and restaurant business and tourism - 22,100 UAH.

Moreover, Ukrainians can earn good money without higher education, for example, if they have a skilled trade. Some employers are willing to pay representatives of these professions 60,000 UAH or more.

For instance, a company in the auto service sector is looking for a chassis mechanic and offers a salary from 70,000 to 100,000 UAH. Requirements include the ability to conduct diagnostics and repair the vehicle's chassis, as well as 2 years of experience with passenger multi-brand vehicles.

A logistics company is ready to pay international drivers from 60,000 to 90,000 UAH. Requirements include a CE category driver's license, experience with international transportation, and knowledge of roads in Ukraine and Europe.

A company in the auto service sector is also looking for a tinting specialist, who will earn a salary from 30,000 to 60,000 UAH. Experience is required from 2 years, as well as knowledge of polishing and dry cleaning cars.
