Occupants decided to shield Crimea from strikes with children.

Russia is using children's camps in occupied Crimea for its own purposes
According to a report by the Institute for the Study of War, Russia may be using children's summer camps in occupied Crimea as a human shield to protect its military facilities in the region from allied strikes. This move is a violation of international law, as children should not be used by the military for such purposes.
«Russia continues to militarize Crimea while promoting it as a summer tourism destination, especially for children. The governor of the occupied region of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, stated on May 5 that Russian officials plan to manage 17 summer camps for Russian and Ukrainian children in occupied Sevastopol, including orphans and children of Russian soldiers», the report states.
Experts emphasize that Russia continues to support its military aggression against Ukraine through occupied Crimea, using tourist and children's facilities as a cover for its military actions. This threatens the lives of the civilian population in the region, especially children.
Provocations and attacks in occupied Crimea
Recall that recently, Ukrainian forces have conducted attacks on occupied Crimea aimed at key military facilities. Incidents have occurred in various areas, including Sevastopol, Saky, Vuglovo, and other towns and villages of the occupied peninsula. Ukrainian forces are trying to deprive the enemy of the means to conduct military operations in the region.
The attacks are aimed at airfields and other military facilities that are strategically important for Russia. This indicates an intensification of hostilities in the region and Ukraine's attempts to regain control over occupied Crimea.
