The President of Finland assessed how long it will take to achieve a ceasefire in Ukraine.

The President of Finland, Alexander Stubb, expressed his opinion that it may take from three to six months to achieve a ceasefire in Ukraine. After that, peace negotiations will begin. Following the American President Donald Trump's desire to achieve peace in Ukraine, Stubb approached this with cautious optimism.
The President of Finland emphasized the necessity of supporting Ukraine in the near future to ensure its strong position in upcoming negotiations. This became evident after his conversation with President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Personally, I think that Putin only understands tough rhetoric. And this is the language that Donald Trump is currently using to address him, and that's good.
Expressing his opinion on Vladimir Putin, the President of Finland sees the necessity of forcing him to dialogue rather than pushing him towards it. He supports Trump's method, which uses ultimatums against Russia. The President of Finland expresses confidence that Ukraine will participate in peace negotiations and also emphasizes the necessity of involving Europe in this process, as it impacts European security.
