Today, August 21, Russian invaders attacked the administrative building of the village Kozacha Lopan of Derhachi community in Kharkiv region, people may be injured. This was reported by the head of Derhachi Police Vyacheslav Zadorenko on Telegram.
"Occupiers carried out artillery shelling of the village Kozacha Lopan, destroying an administrative building. State Emergency Service units are working on site. According to preliminary data, people may be under the rubble," the post reads.
Later, Zadorenko clarified that the occupiers shelled the village around 12:25. "As a result of the shelling, the building of the village council is damaged. Preliminary: three people may be trapped under the rubble," said the head of Derhachi Police.
It is noted that the details of the incident are being established.
As reported, overnight and early in the morning of August 21, Russian invaders attempted to attack Kyiv. The occupiers used up to 10 attack drones, but they failed to reach the capital - they were shot down on approach.
New drone attack in Kyiv region
In the night of August 21, Kyiv region was again subjected to attacks by enemy drones, presumably of the "Shahed" type. Air defense forces actively worked on targets in the airspace of the region. This was reported by the Kyiv regional military administration. The occupation authorities claim that there are no casualties or destruction as a result of the missile debris falling.
