Starts February 22: PrivatBank urgently addressed Ukrainians.

The bank 'PrivatBank' warns its clients about possible delays in card transactions. This was reported by the bank's press service.
On February 22, 2025, 'PrivatBank' will conduct scheduled technical works. These works will start at midnight and will last until 10 AM. During this period, clients using 'Privat24 for business' may experience temporary inconveniences, including delays in card transactions.
'Nothing is broken, but we are improving our services,' the bank's app reports.
The bank warns of the upcoming works in advance and emphasizes that these works are aimed at improving service. The timing of the work has been chosen considering the minimum client activity, as most users do not conduct transactions at night.
It is important to note that these works are not related to technical failures or the need for repairs, but are a scheduled update to enhance service quality.
It was previously reported that Ukrainians can open accounts at 'PrivatBank' online with preferential rates.
