Ingredients:

• onion - 1 pc.;
• salt - 1 tsp.;
• sugar - 1 tsp.;
• vinegar 9% - 2 tbsp.;
• water - a few tablespoons (for pickling);
• boiled eggs - 4 pcs.;
• apple - 1 pc.;
• hard cheese - 100 g;
• mayonnaise - to taste;
• parsley - for decoration.

Preparation method

Finely chop the onion, mix with salt, sugar, vinegar, and a few tablespoons of water. Let the onion marinate for 15 minutes.

Keep one yolk; grate the rest of the eggs on a large grater and lay them as the first layer in a salad bowl. Spread with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Next, lay the pickled onions evenly. Peel the apple, grate it on a large grater, and lay it down as the next layer. Repeat the process with mayonnaise. Grate the cheese on a large grater and add it as the third layer. Top with a lattice of mayonnaise.

Grate the reserved yolk on a fine grater and sprinkle it on the salad. Decorate with parsley. Cool before serving.
