You will need:

• flour — 150 g;
• cocoa — 50 g;
• sugar — 160 g;
• vanilla sugar — 10 g;
• salt — a pinch;
• vegetable oil — 60 g;
• large eggs — 2 pcs;
• baking powder — 1 tsp;
• powdered sugar — 50 g.

Method of preparation

In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the oil until homogeneous, then pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients. Knead a soft dough — it should be slightly sticky.

Leave the dough in the refrigerator for 30–40 minutes to make it easier to shape the cookies.

Form small balls, coat each one in powdered sugar, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 12–15 minutes until the crust lightly crackles. Cool and serve with tea.
