Seven Circles of Hell: PrivatBank Accused Again of "Torturing" Clients.

PrivatBank was again accused of poor service.
A Ukrainian woman lodged a complaint on the Minfin portal about the quality of PrivatBank's work.
The client complains about long wait times for operator responses, problems with cards, and translations.
"PrivatBank is a real test for the nerves. To get an operator's response, you have to go through seven circles of hell: constantly being redirected to different menus, and it takes an eternity," said the client.
Among the problems, she noted card blockages, delays in transfers, and erroneous debt notifications.
"Once, I had to wait more than an hour and a half for the money to be returned to my account, even though it was a transfer to another bank, but thank you at least for returning it. Also, before contacting the bank, the robot constantly asks for the same information several times, which is very annoying. The customer support leaves much to be desired! (No complaints about the operators, they quickly and well solve problems), but to get through to this operator, as I already mentioned, you need to set aside half a day. I used to use only Privat, but now I might completely switch to Mono because I can't take it anymore. And I keep getting some silly notifications about debt, although I don't have any debt. If I could give less than 1 star, I would!" added the client.
PrivatBank apologized for the inconvenience and explained that each card transaction might be considered high-risk and undergo additional security checks.
"The security service decides whether to allow transactions. The criteria for checks are not disclosed to avoid circumventing restrictions. The bank's terms state that the client agrees to card blocking in case of transaction risk and in accordance with internal procedures and the rules of international payment systems," the statement said.
Previously, there was a reported problem with a PrivatBank ATM that "ate" a client's money during a power outage.
