Tactics have changed: Russia strikes Ukraine's energy system with cluster munitions.

The Minister of Energy Herman Halushchenko reported that Russia has changed its tactics for attacks on Ukraine's energy system. In order to inflict maximum damage, the occupiers have started using cluster munitions for strikes, which caused significant damage to the energy supply system. The minister stated this during a live broadcast of the telethon.
'The tactics of such strikes have changed, the weapon has changed. They are now using, as a rule, weapons with cluster munitions to inflict maximum damage on the energy system. But today the system is balanced,' Halushchenko stated.
In the last month, Russia has carried out four massive attacks on the energy system using various types of weapons. However, thanks to the repair work carried out, it has been possible to restore nine damaged gigawatts, although the specific figures were not mentioned.
Halushchenko emphasized that at the moment, Ukraine's energy supply system is balanced and ready for further challenges.
