The approach to providing TCC services in Ukraine is changing.

Changes in the operation of TCC and SP due to threats from Russia
Changes have begun in the operation of territorial recruitment centers and social support due to threats from Russia. It became known that Russian troops are actively attacking the buildings of these centers, said Vitaliy Saranzev, head of the communications department of the Armed Forces Ground Forces.
Transition to a remote work format for TCC
According to Saranzev, TCC may switch to a remote mode, but will continue their work. Ensuring the safety of employees and visitors, among whom are veterans, pensioners, and relatives of servicemen, has become a priority.
'During alarms or missile threats, institutions cease their work, and personnel and visitors are evacuated to safe places or shelters. Concerning new threats, changes in the form of service delivery are possible, for example, some services may be provided remotely'
The Ministry of Defense is already implementing digital solutions to improve cooperation with TCC and SP through the application 'Reserve Plus'. Recent attacks by Russia on these centers have forced an emphasis on improving security.
According to Saranzev, Russian attacks on TCC are aimed at intimidation and lead to the destruction of structures that provide assistance to military personnel and their families.
During constant threats from Russia, Ukrainian territorial recruitment centers and social support are changing their mode of operation, transitioning to a remote format and enhancing security measures for employees and visitors. The Ministry of Defense is implementing digital solutions to facilitate communication with these centers, diversifying service delivery formats due to the increased threats from the neighbor to the east.Read also
