From 40 thousand dollars: in which district of Kyiv apartments are three times cheaper.


Ukrainians are revealed, in which districts of Kyiv you can purchase apartments at significantly lower prices than in other districts of the city.
According to the portal's data, in the central Pecherskyi district, apartment prices are the highest. A one-room apartment already costs 107 thousand dollars, a two-room apartment about 173 thousand dollars, and a three-room apartment approximately 295 thousand dollars.
In the Desnianskyi district, particularly in Troieshchyna, apartment prices are significantly lower. A three-room apartment can be purchased for 68.3 thousand dollars, a one-room apartment costs about 40 thousand dollars, and a two-room apartment - 54.7 thousand dollars. Prices in the Desnianskyi district are three times lower than in the Pecherskyi district.
Also more expensive than Troieshchyna are Vyshneve, Vyshhorod, and Brovary. The cost of apartments on the secondary market in these districts:
- Vyshneve: 1-room — 44,000 dollars, 2-room — 61,000 dollars, 3-room — 80,000 dollars.
- Brovary: 1-room — 44,000 dollars, 2-room — 60,600 dollars, 3-room — 73,000 dollars.
- Vyshhorod: 1-room — 42,800 dollars, 2-room — 64,000 dollars, 3-room — 73,900 dollars.
Shevchenkivskyi and Holosiivskyi districts of Kyiv remain among the most expensive, but the temporary shutdown of several metro stations may affect prices. The condition of the building, the year it was built, transport links, and the availability of urban infrastructure also affect apartment prices.
In the ranking of Kyiv districts and suburbs on the secondary market for one-room apartment prices, the Pecherskyi district leads with a cost of 107,000 dollars. The lowest price is 25,000 dollars, which can be found in Hostomel.
