Poland will support Ukraine regardless of the outcome of the presidential elections in 2025. All candidates see Ukraine as part of Europe. Poland's internal politics do not impact its position on Ukraine, which it considers an important security factor and part of Europe. The Polish government's strategy regarding Ukraine remains unchanged, regardless of the government. While Poland's support for Ukraine's EU integration process exists, economic integration may be more complicated than diplomatic. For successful EU accession, Ukraine needs to timely implement the necessary standards to confirm its readiness to become part of the European Union.
