Putin reiterated his intentions to create 'buffer zones' in Ukraine.

Putin announced the creation of a 'security buffer zone' on the border with Ukraine
The dictator of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, announced on Thursday a decision to create a so-called 'security buffer zone' along the Russian-Ukrainian border. This was reported by Russian propaganda media 'RIA Novosti' and 'TASS'.
According to Putin himself: 'I have already said that a decision has been made to create the necessary security buffer zone along the border with Ukraine.'
The head of the aggressor country claims that Russian military forces are currently working on this task. According to him, the Russian troops are supposedly 'actively suppressing the enemy’s firing points.' At the same Time, Putin provided no concrete details regarding the geographical boundaries of the planned 'zone' or the methods to secure it.
Ukraine's Position
Russia has repeatedly expressed the need to create a 'security zone' along the Ukrainian border, especially after drone attacks and shelling of border regions of the Russian Federation. Ukraine consistently insists that all military actions are conducted solely in the context of defense and the liberation of its occupied territories.
Putin decided to create a security buffer zone on the border with Ukraine, but the details of this decision remain unknown. Ukraine continues to emphasize its position regarding conducting military operations only in a defensive format.
