According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, early in the morning of November 1, 2024, data on the losses of Russian occupiers in the war was updated.
Russia's losses in the war as of November 1, 2024
The Russian Federation in the war with Ukraine as of November 1 suffered the following losses:
- personnel - about 696,410 (+1460) people,
- tanks - 9162 (+6) units,
- armored combat vehicles - 18470 (+20) units,
- artillery systems - 20039 (+26) units,
- MLRS - 1244 (+1) units,
- air defense systems - 994 (+0) units,
- aircraft - 369 (+0) units,
- helicopters - 329 (+0) units,
- operational-tactical UAVs - 18088 (+25),
- cruise missiles - 2628 (+1) units,
- ships/boats - 28 (+0) units,
- submarines - 1 (+0) unit,
- vehicles and fuel tanks - 28038 (+77) units,
- special equipment - 3579 (+9).
The data is preliminary and may be updated.
Occupant fleet activity as of November 1
- No enemy ships in the Black Sea.
- No enemy ships in the Sea of Azov.
- In the Mediterranean Sea, one enemy ship is equipped with "Kalibr" cruise missiles and can launch up to eight missiles simultaneously.
During the day, the Russian Federation passed through the Kerch Strait:
- eight ships into the Black Sea, of which five continued in the direction of the Bosphorus;
- seven ships into the Sea of Azov, of which two were moving from the Bosphorus direction.
It is noted that the Russian Federation continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (SOLAS), disabling automatic identification systems (AIS).
Currently, the 982nd day of the full-scale war in Ukraine is ongoing.
