Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated about 16 sq. km near Pokrovsk.

The Ukrainian military has liberated new territories in Donetsk region
In recent weeks, Ukrainian forces have been able to reclaim about 16 square kilometers of territory near the settlements of Udachne, Kotlyne, and Shevchenko in Donetsk region. This was reported by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi.
According to him, the enemy is trying to push out Ukrainian troops beyond Donetsk and Luhansk, but they are failing to achieve their goal. Ukrainian soldiers continue defensive operations and are making certain progress in counteroffensive actions.
Syrskyi personally visited the operational zone of the 'Donetsk' group and the military brigades operating in the Pokrovsk direction. He emphasized that Ukrainian soldiers repel about 30 enemy assaults daily, inflicting significant losses on Russian occupiers.
The article also notes that analysts from the Institute for the Study of War predict a deterioration of the situation in Russia due to the ongoing war against Ukraine. They claim that such tactics will lead to a slowdown in the advance of Russian troops along the front line and to the destruction of their human and material resources.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has formed 10 military administrations in the occupied territories of Donetsk region, and two corps have been established in the National Guard, led by the commanders of the 'Azov' brigade and the 13th brigade.
